As with any payment processor, sometimes very few users can't get their card payment processed and the communication for this type of problems could be improved. In the past we also had problems with users choosing to pay by PO (purchase order), but they implemented a new workflow that improved the conversion rate a lot in the last 18 months. Where can I begin? Firstly, timezones for invoices are locked to TRT (Turkey) which creates a nightmare for financial recordkeeping which we can compensate for with a bit of extra work, so we've been bearing with 2Co till now.

However, over 2 weeks ago, we used the extra security feature recommended to us by 2Co in which only the IP Address provided by our company can access the 2Co merchant account. After turning on the feature, we were never allowed back in 2Co, into OUR OWN ACCOUNT. Using the same environmental conditions we used to turn on the feature in the first place (same user, same computer, same WiFi router connection) we keep getting an error that "You are not allowed to login from this IP address". We've contacted merchant support for over 2 weeks now and we've just been put in their hot potato CS system where they just list arbitrary tiers (You're case is now level 3 tier of importance) and pass the case to a different person with no actual results. WE'RE STILL LOCKED OUT. We've used the service for over $100k of transactions (which amounts to at least $2k in 2Co transactional fees) and yet they are offering no support, and no way to get back into our account.

This is a huge problem because:

1. We cannot access OUR funds, for OUR products that WE sold.

2. A customer needs to get a refund from 2Co and is waiting for nearly 3 weeks to get their money back, which DAMAGES OUR COMPANY BRAND AND IMAGE.

2Co, are you willing to be liable for damages you're causing our company? This is the worst customer support I've ever received. If we do not receive some sort of resolution within 3 business days, we will seek financial restitution through legal means, and we will never use 2Co again. 2Checkout is one of the most versatile platforms with astonishing features. It is easy to use and have some great insights options which really make them unique.
