What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone MDR?

We moved from AVG to Bitdefender and so far have been very happy with the product. Very easy installation process and easy to do spot security checks or full scans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone MDR?

Nothing so far that we really dislike about the product. We have ran into a problem with installing it a couple of times but not really sure if it was Bitdefender or the computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Average EDR with budget"

What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone MDR?

I'm working on Bitdefender on-prem for last 2 years and this seems good but it can be better. The detections alerts triggered in three different sections. It is combination of AV and EDR but lacking in hunting features. The best part is sandbox features. They have own sandbox facility but it can cost separately for this feature. Other than this policy making and reports section seems good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bitdefender GravityZone MDR?

If you want to do hunting for threats or IOCs then this is not for you. Search feature is not that good in this. Also the false positive alert rate is quite high. User interface is not that user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Bitdefender GravityZone MDR:

If you want EDR in low budget then you can go for this but their are multiple EDR with good features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bitdefender GravityZone MDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Bitdefender GravityZone MDR?

It was installed automatically during an upgrade, and it updates and runs automatically. I do not have to worry about getting any viruses or issues on my computer. I know it helps secure the network and keep the work computer safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The firewall has blocked some pages that I could use during work, and there are some attachments in emails that are not always shown. Other than that, no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Question heuristics because there's no mention of them that I can find. Expires without any "bug" screens. I'm glad it doesn't pop up every 5 minutes, but it should remind me at least once it has expired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
