"Easy, Secure Password Sharing with Time-Saving Autofill and Watchtower Alerts"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

1Password makes it easy to keep all passwords, secure notes, and login details in one place. The browser extension works really well, autofill saves time, and sharing credentials with teammates is much more secure than using emails or spreadsheets. I also like the watchtower alerts that help identify weak or compromised passwords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

The initial setup can be a little confusing for first time users, especially when understanding vaults and the secret key. Auto fill occassionally misses some websites as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EffortlesOne less thing to worry about every days Security That Blends Seamlessly Into Daily Work"
5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

The best I like about 1Password is the peace of mind it gives without constantly reminding you that it’s a security tool. Once it’s set up, it quietly does its job in the background. I don’t have to think about creating strong passwords, remembering them, or worrying if I reused one somewhere. The shared vaults are especially useful because they avoid messy password sharing on chat or email, and access can be changed instantly if someone leaves the team. It feels less like a “tool” and more like a reliable habit that just fits into daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

Honestly, I haven’t come across anything I strongly dislike so far. The product has been stable and consistent in day-to-day use, and whatever learning curve exists at the beginning feels reasonable given the level of security it provides. Overall, nothing has stood out as a negative for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One tool for password manager, access management and 2FA"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

You can set up 2FA authentication directly in 1Password, just follow the instructions involving the 3rd party authantication app that would normally provide the 2FA code, once set 1Password would submit creds and 2FA code automatically, hence log in is smooth but still safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

In general I like the app, one thing I would improve is that when you are logged in and filling out any webform, 1Password would present a pop up to either suggest log in creds or to save a set of new creds, but that sometimes can get in the way of what you are writing. "Effortless Security with 1Password"
5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

I like that 1Password integrates with my browser, allowing me to directly access my passwords when visiting websites. I appreciate the CLI feature, which lets me use passwords in my applications without exposing them. I also enjoy the secure password-sharing feature, including the option for one-time sharing. The initial setup was extremely simple thanks to the web and app-based interface. Overall, 1Password is very secure, and I haven't been aware of any security breaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

There are a few features that feel too costly and, in my opinion, should be included in the free version so more people can use the app without running into paywalls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Secure Password Management with Reliable Autofill Across Browsers and Apps"
5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

1Password makes it easy to create, store, and use strong, unique passwords without slowing down my workflow. The autofill works reliably across browsers and apps, sharing credentials securely with teams is straightforward, and the overall security model gives confidence that sensitive information is well protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

At times the autofill can be inconsistent, especially on less common websites or internal tools, which requires manual copying. The interface can feel slightly heavy for quick actions, and occasional prompts or unlock requirements can interrupt the flow when switching frequently between apps. "Seamless Auto-Fill, Strong Security, and Easy Password Sharing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

Seamless auto-fill, robust security backed by a unique Secret Key, proactive security alerts through Watchtower, and secure, straightforward password sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

I’m frustrated with the UI changes in version 8. The overall experience feels worse than before, with more bugs and a less polished flow. On top of that, the lack of a free tier makes the product less accessible for casual users, especially when competitors offer easier ways to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Onboarding, Smooth SSO Integration, and Performant TFA Management"
5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

It’s very easy to use and makes onboarding team members straightforward. The free personal account option for staff has also been well received. We like the TFA management as well. Its performant and doesn't get in the way. It was easy to integrate with our Microsoft estate for Single Sign On. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

It feels like it asks for a lot of login confirmations, but I understand it’s a security tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Security and well-designed features.1Password allows secure password"
5/5
What do you like best about 1Password?

I have been using 1Password since last year, and it stands out for its strong security and well-designed features. Not all password managers let you share passwords, but 1Password allows secure password sharing with every plan. It also offers seamless syncing across devices, a convenient Travel Mode, and reliable autofill, which makes everyday use much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

One issue I ran into was logging into the system using the “Secret Key.” While it does add an extra layer of protection, the process felt a bit cumbersome for me as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
