"Peace of Mind and Effortless Password Management"
What do you like best about 1Password?

I love how 1Password organizes everything in one secure location. The interface is clean, autofill is seamless across devices, and I no longer have to remember dozens of passwords. It gives a true feeling of peace of mind to know that all my logins, cards, and notes are protected but still easily accessible whenever I need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

One thing I really don't like with 1Password is that it does seem a little complicated to new users until they get used to the setup, particularly when creating shared vaults and syncing across devices. Sometimes the browser extension doesn’t recognize login fields out of the box, and that may be a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The gold standard for password management—reliable for years."
What do you like best about 1Password?

As a very long-term user, I absolutely trust 1Password to keep my digital life secure. Its interface is intuitive across devices, autofill is seamless, sharing is simple, and their support is always responsive. I recommend 1Password to everyone from beginners to tech pros. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

There's not much to dislike, but I would love to see even faster updates for new OS features and a few more advanced customization options for power users. Overall the experience is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool; Easy to Use!"
What do you like best about 1Password?

I have to say, I absolutely love 1Password. It’s one of those tools that quietly makes life easier every single day.

The interface is incredibly intuitive—everything is well-organized, clean, and easy to locate, whether I’m using my laptop or my phone. What really stands out to me, though, are the browser plugins. They work flawlessly across both Chrome and Safari, instantly auto-filling passwords and forms. The whole experience feels completely effortless.

All my passwords are stored securely and sync perfectly across all my devices, which saves me a lot of time and stress. I no longer have to search through notes or click “forgot password.” It just works—simple, smart, and dependable.

The time I save and the frustration I avoid make this one of those tools I truly can’t imagine working without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

Truly there’s nothing I dislike. It’s safe and secure and east to use. Maybe the number of times I have to enter my password to check for a saved password but truly it’s awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great password manager to keep your digital life secure"
What do you like best about 1Password?

The most obvious benefit for me is that I only need to remember one password, while still being able to use separate, secure passwords for all my different logins. I also really appreciate the sync feature, which lets me access my passwords across all my devices, whether I'm on my laptop, my phone, or my iPad.

Another feature I find useful is the ability to share a login with someone by sending them a secure link, making it easy and safe for them to view the information.

I also like the WatchTower feature, which helps me identify any compromises on the web. It shows me if my data or passwords have been leaked from an organisation that has been hacked, so I can quickly change them and keep my accounts secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

I honestly haven't encountered any real downsides. If I had to mention something, it would be that it's not the most affordable option out there, but at the same time, you do get what you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

I really love 1Password, even after trying several other competitors! My family was an early adopter and the features are great, as well as the ease of use. I don't have a downside that immediately comes to mind! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure, Seamless, and Essential for Everyday Use"
What do you like best about 1Password?

1Password is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The interface is clean, well-organized, and makes managing passwords effortless, even for non-technical users. Its ability to generate strong, unique passwords and store them securely has significantly improved my online security. The cross-device sync is flawless—whether I’m on my laptop, phone, or tablet, my credentials are always accessible. I also love the Watchtower feature, which alerts me about weak or compromised passwords and helps me take action immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

There’s very little to dislike. The only minor downside is that some advanced features require higher-tier plans, but given the value and security it provides, it’s well worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best Password Manager for Work & Personal"
What do you like best about 1Password?

I love so many things about 1Password. First, it's easy to use. The user interface is very friendly, and easy to navigate. 1Password was also very easy to set up, and only took minutes for me to transfer all my passwords over from the previous password manager I was using. I also love the secure notes feature as well. I feel very confident in the security of my passwords and other information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

Honestly, I have been using this app for three years now for both personal and work passwords, and I cannot think of one thing that I don't like about it. It has been a life saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Solid Password Manager that Saves Me Hours and a Ton of Headaches"
What do you like best about 1Password?

I think the best thing about 1Password is how effortlessly it works across all my devices, especially with the browser extension. The auto-fill feature is brilliant and saves me a ton of time every single day. On top of that, the secret key option gives me peace of mind that my data is safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

While the product's basic idea is fantastic, I think the sharing option is a little difficult. I often have to walk new users through the process of setting up shared vaults because it's not as user-friendly as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Facilitate Security without Complications"
What do you like best about 1Password?

I really appreciate the ease of being secure without needing to memorize thousands of passwords, thanks to 1Password. It allows me to store passwords securely for all my applications, making it so I only need to remember a single master password. I also love that it offers two-factor authentication, further increasing security. The auto-fill feature is something I value greatly, as it makes using passwords on different platforms practical and quick. The initial setup of 1Password was simple and problem-free, which made its adoption easy from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 1Password?

The standard is for passwords to be saved by the domain, and it does not consider subdomains, which sometimes causes passwords from different systems to be saved in the same place (but this can be resolved by checking "save only for this specific domain", however, this is an extra step that could be standard. "Long time private user, satisfied corporate user"
What do you like best about 1Password?

I have been using 1Password privately for several years and moved my company to 1Password last year, no regrets.

Excellent service, excellent support and very friendly and helpful.

The product is easy to use and manage and, as far as my research shows, secure.

We have set up multiple teams, each with their own safes and all users found it easy to use and made a lot of their processes easier and more secure.

With integration in all web browsers and availability for all platforms, managing passwords is a doddle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
