I appreciate how 1Password securely saves all my passwords, and I'm really happy about that. Sometimes the interface is a bit complicated. Switching between the full app window and the small panel on the top right corner of my screen can be tricky. Also, sometimes it might be a bit hectic, especially with the plugin for Safari. It sometimes conflicts with macOS's built-in password utility, which means I might have to open 1Password in a separate window to copy and paste my information. Customer support is useless. Did not help me with my payment issue. I had to figure it out myself. They were constantly saying that it's my bank card settings issue while I just had to change a region in the setting of the billing account on their side. And there is no regular payment flow where you can just go and pay for it. Instead you have to add you card on the billing page and wait when they charge it. I appreciate being able to store everything from addresses to passport details and key documents, and having them readily available on both the web portal and mobile app is great. It's super convenient for reviewing or applying for things since I can easily access everything on my phone. I use 1Password for both professional and personal password management, with two separate accounts connected in a singular app. I really like the security model in general, which has been unmatched in professional reviews I've read. It offers full and absolute control over my personal vault of passwords, ensuring even 1Password cannot access my stuff. I also appreciate that professionally, it integrates quite well with Okta. I have to say that one of the things that I really like about 1Password is the family package because with that I'm able to store even in multiple volts all my secrets, passwords that need to be shared with with my wife, accounts for my kids...

Well honestly I'm not sure about if there is something that I is like from this application. It's really good performant easily reachable even on mobiles because they have standalone applications.
