121 has been very well at organizing our project first off. They have done a great job at managing expectations and showing us our project completion rate along the way. Their development team has been amazing at working with our outdated POS system and getting that to integrate, as well as dealing with some of our very technical products. Our only concern initially was that we entered the process during some internal restructuring and our team changed a few times leading to some confusion in the project. I think it is fair to say that we ended up losing some time due to having to catch new leads up to speed. After our final team set in everything has been smooth sailing since.
