**What do you like best about 121eCommerce?**

121 has been very well at organizing our project first off. They have done a great job at managing expectations and showing us our project completion rate along the way. Their development team has been amazing at working with our outdated POS system and getting that to integrate, as well as dealing with some of our very technical products.

**What do you dislike about 121eCommerce?**

Our only concern initially was that we entered the process during some internal restructuring and our team changed a few times leading to some confusion in the project. I think it is fair to say that we ended up losing some time due to having to catch new leads up to speed. After our final team set in everything has been smooth sailing since.

**Recommendations to others considering 121eCommerce:**

Very good company to deal with complicated projects. Detailed reporting is delivered weekly, and communication is 12/10. They know automotive well which translated well to watercraft parts that we sell. Are very good dealing with complicated processes and logic.

**What problems is 121eCommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

121eCommerce has been helping us build out a new version of our website on Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) from the ground up. This has helped us to modernize our technology stack and shopping experience for our customers.
