There’s been a big uptick on both those platforms, but particularly with Instagram. The local community is much more engaged and responsive there than they used to be. The people who use our website have been around 90% pleased, which is good, as there’s always going to be some amount of negativity. **What do you dislike about 120/80?** I would love a monthly or even quarterly review of changes. My website is a couple of years old now, so it would be nice to have someone go in and see if any changes need to be made, rather than waiting for me to ask for changes. They could keep up the pressure a bit more. **What problems is 120/80 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re always trying to engage with young entrepreneurs and drive traffic to our building, as we don't have an online sales presence.
