
Our website doesn’t support conversions; it’s more of an information kiosk In terms of metrics, we focus more on Instagram and TikTok. There’s been a big uptick on both those platforms, but particularly with Instagram. The local community is much more engaged and responsive there than they used to be.
The people who use our website have been around 90% pleased, which is good, as there’s always going to be some amount of negativity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love a monthly or even quarterly review of changes. My website is a couple of years old now, so it would be nice to have someone go in and see if any changes need to be made, rather than waiting for me to ask for changes.
