"11Sight removes friction for video calls"

What do you like best about 11Sight?

My favorite thing about 11sight is that my customers do not need to download any software to initiate a video chat with me. They simply click on the widget (embedded on my website), and they can video call me directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 11Sight?

I've had some issues with the web app in Google Chrome. The problems pertain to navigating the tabs at the top of the application - the video function works flawlessly. I tried 11sight in my Brave browser, and it worked fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
