
I love how I have full control of not only our data but also how our environment looks for users and candidates. There are drag and drop template builders for the gateways, as well as the ability to edit the CSS to fully customize the candidates experience. The support is the best I have ever used and the team is absolutely amazing. We can pull reports on anything in the system and see a candidates full history in a just a couple of clicks. There's no overcomplication or hidden fees. I am able to set up automations to save my team time very quickly because it automatically sends communications to candidates, files them, and updates them with just the click of a button, the bonus is it takes me just minutes to set them up. The integrations are really easy as well, and we can integrate with almost any system or with a simple XML feed. We have used BrassRing for over 20 years and the improvements over the last 6 are beyond anything I have seen before, it's almost a completely different system but it was rolled out so well that there wasn't learning curve, it was a natural transition. We have not experienced any downtime or slowdowns in several years. Even with all of the additional products that we have added on our cost is still extremely below other products that we have had demos of. The AI Chat Bot is my new favorite feature, we can put in our own text and we even gave it a name, and it works very well. They also have a portal where you can submit ideas for system improvements and I have seen most of them already be implemented or they are working on it. The one-on-one relationship is the most unexpected benefit that I feel is the most important. BrassRing was developed for companies to hire for their company. We use it to work with candidates in several stages and get them jobs with other companies. We have had to do a lot of tweaking to make it work.
