CallMiner is licensed as a SaaS model, and offers two flexible pricing options. The first is an annual inventory of hours analyzed. Customer can use their inventory within the duration of the contract for both voice-based and text-based interactions. Text-based interactions are converted using a 25 interaction to 1 hour ratio. The second is seat-based pricing, based on max agent per day to reduce management through agent turnover.
CallMiner offers three packaged bundles. Each package delivers requirements for onboarding, and can be customized with a la carte options for transparency. Organizations can pick the pricing model (volume-based or seat-based) that best fits their needs. In addition, each customer receives a dedicated customer success representative for the life of their CallMiner engagement, who provides trusted advisory innovation without professional services costs.
