Mais ce qui m'arrive parfois, c'est qu'un achat est refusé parce que la catégorie du magasin numérique telle que classée par Brex ne correspond pas exactement au produit et/ou service qui est en cours d'achat. Dans ce cas, il faut contacter notre administrateur, expliquer la situation, ajuster les catégories activées pour la carte ou générer une nouvelle carte pour refaire l'achat. I really like how easy it is to administer Brex as an administrator. It's a seamless platform that effortlessly integrates with other communication tools like Slack and text to alert the team when documentation is needed. This makes it an excellent and easy user interface for everyone involved. Plus, they make card spending incredibly easy and ensure compliance with documentation is very accurate and prompt. I appreciate having a digital card with Brex, which is great for when I don't have my physical card. I love how the app and online dashboard are super fast and easy to use. I really like how the pictures upload easily and how the receipt and submission process is so darn easy. I also can't think of anything bad about it because I really like how it pre-populates the reasons in the memo. The overall experience is very smooth and seamless. The website is super clean which makes it easy to see everything you need very easily. Task list makes it easy to see which receipts are required and the Drag and drop feature for receipts is a great time saver to get them loaded immediately. Autotranscription of receipts is instant and always accurate.

There is nothing I dont like about Brex.

I definitely find the UI much more simple and intuitive, especially for creating virtual cards. Managing money with Brex is really simple, and we use their MMA feature. The management of virtual cards is quite easy, which I appreciate. Additionally, the ability to invite colleagues to manage a few things with user management and permissions is really good. I also like the perks associated with Brex, as well as the really good set of software features they've provided. In addition to Brex, we also have to use other tools like Intuit, QuickBooks, and our HR management system.
