They ignore established law to create their own arbitrary rules as they go, valuing 'deliverability' and 'consumer acceptance' metrics rather than rewarding true legal compliance. The best part about SlickText is how well they help navigate this nonsense, and my only minor hope is that it could be done better or more often so as to avoid the nonsensical pitfalls.
