Then they charge for every little change instead of just making them on the call. It's also problematic that information is spread across different areas and isn't user-friendly for sales reps. I never even got to the point of using the software because after meeting with their customization expert, I realized it wouldn't be a good fit and asked for a refund. But they stopped responding, and even after trying to get in touch with the team lead, it was just a dead end, sticking strictly to their policy without a solution.
