
I like that they offer a desktop feature. We need a platform that’s accessible for different employees, and the desktop option makes that easy. It allows multiple employees to run cards using their own username and password. The reports are also a strong point: they show our sales in real time and let us review sales across different time periods. The site is hard to navigate, especially when the ZIP code doesn’t match. Our customers provide the ZIP code they believe is attached to their card, but it becomes a hassle because sometimes the transaction will still go through and other times the card will be declined. When a card is declined, there isn’t a clear message explaining why, so it’s difficult to know what to tell the customer. Also, after we run a card, we have selected the option for the receipt to print automatically, but that never happens.
