Function Desk

Function Desk is the sales CRM for functions and event venues: the enquiry, the tour, the proposal, the deposit, booked. It treats event dates, guest numbers, spaces and packages as real things rather than fields bolted onto a generic CRM, so every enquiry arrives already scored and ranked. Inside it is an AI agent that answers enquiries from your venue's own knowledge base, checks the live calendar, and follows up with leads who go quiet. Everything is sent from your connected Gmail or Outlook, so replies reach the inbox and sit in your Sent items. It auto-sends low-risk replies and escalates anything else. When a lead signals they are ready to book, it hands them to you. It never picks or holds a date. Its Insights page reads across your leads to show who is warming or going quiet, why leads are being lost, and the questions leads ask most. Proposals are live branded links that clients read, accept and pay a deposit on without creating an account.

GTLane

GTLane is the all-in-one booking and operations platform built specifically for sim racing venues. GTLane gives sim racing lounges, indoor karting simulators, and esports racing centers everything they need to run the business from a single browser-based dashboard — bookings, memberships, payments, loyalty, gift vouchers, group events, lounge displays, and multi-site reporting. Unlike generic booking tools that operators are forced to bend their workflow around, GTLane is purpose-built for rig-by-rig scheduling, motion-sim turnover times, peak/off-peak pricing, and the way racing customers actually buy. Built for sim racing operators, not adapted from another industry. Every module solves a real problem venue owners run into: waitlists for sold-out rigs, members who want to track lap data and session history, walk-ins who need to see live bay availability on a TV, corporate event inquiries that need to convert into multi-bay confirmed bookings, and Stripe-powered gift vouchers that drive holiday revenue. What you get with GTLane: - Smart Booking Engine — real-time bay availability, member self-service, automated reminders, multi-session packages, and waitlists. - Lounge TV Display — live bay status with countdowns, QR self check-in, walk-in slot board, and peak/off-peak pricing, all powered by your live booking data. - Tiered Memberships — unlimited tiers with Stripe auto-renewal, per-tier perks, and a member self-service portal that compounds recurring revenue. - Driving Sessions & Analytics — log every session against your cars and tracks catalog with photos, lap data, and notes. Members see their history; operators see engagement. - Loyalty & Rewards — members earn points on every booking and redeem from a custom rewards catalog, with tier multipliers and promo bursts — no third-party plug-in needed. - Gift Vouchers — branded Stripe checkout for vouchers redeemable against bookings or memberships, with partial-balance tracking and full liability auditing. - Group & Corporate Events — public inquiry form, admin triage queue, deposit collection, and one-click conversion to a multi-bay confirmed booking. - Multi-Site Management — run several venues under one organization with per-site rigs, hours, and pricing, but unified memberships and revenue reporting. - API for Everything — every action exposed as a REST endpoint with a public OpenAPI spec, so AI agents, Zapier, and custom scripts can automate the business end-to-end. - Multilanguage Support — built-in localization in 24+ languages including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Lithuanian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Arabic, and Persian. Each member and staff member picks their own language.

How it works

MisePlan

MisePlan is room-planning and seating software for wedding venues, hotels and caterers that run banquets. It turns the real floor plan of a function room into the table layout for each event, drawn to scale, and checks the layout against the rules of the trade while you work. How it works You draw the room once, with its real dimensions, columns, doors and emergency exits. That room becomes a template you reuse for every event of the year. For each wedding, banquet or corporate dinner you place round, rectangular or head tables, the bar, the cake table, the DJ booth and any other furniture on top of it. Live validation While you drag a table, MisePlan checks that service aisles stay wide enough for the waiting staff, that every diner has enough width at the table, that nothing blocks an escape route and that the room's declared capacity is not exceeded. Problems are flagged on the plan as they appear, so the layout that reaches the floor is one that actually fits. Guest list and seating chart Import the guest list from the client's Excel or CSV file, whatever order the columns are in. Group guests by family or company, seat them by table and by chair, and record each person's menu and dietary requirements: vegetarian, vegan, children's menu, gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free and others you define. Documents for the day The same plan produces the working documents for service: - A kitchen sheet with totals by menu and allergens table by table. - A to-scale floor plan, ready to print for the set-up team. - An Excel export of the full seating chart. Client link On the Pro plan, the couple or the company receive a link to seat their own guests from a phone or a computer, without signing up. They can manage the guest list but cannot move walls or change the room. Who it is for Wedding venues and country estates, hotels with banqueting rooms, caterers who set up in other people's spaces, and wedding planners who need an accurate seating plan they can share with the venue and the kitchen. Practical details MisePlan runs in the browser with nothing to install, on desktop and tablet, in English, Spanish and Catalan. Measurements are metric. Pricing is per account, not per user: Basic at €39 a month and Pro at €89 a month, with two months free on annual billing and no lock-in. There is a 15-day free trial with no card required.

MyVenueHQ

MyVenueHQ is venue management software for independent event and wedding venues. Each booking lives on one record, from the first inquiry to the proposal, the e-signed contract, the deposit invoice, the 2D and 3D floor plan and the banquet event order (BEO), so the details are typed once. What it does. An inquiry from the form on a venue's website becomes a contact and an event that moves from inquiry to tentative to confirmed. One calendar holds every room and stops a booking that clashes with another in the same room before it saves. Proposals are accepted online. Contracts are signed on a phone with e-signature, and clients do not need an account. Invoices and deposits are paid by card into the venue's own Stripe, Square or PayPal account, and MyVenueHQ adds no fee on them. For the day itself, the floor plan builder draws the room to scale with real table sizes and shows it in 3D. The BEO gathers the timeline, menu, dietary needs and staffing on one sheet for the kitchen, bar and floor. A client portal gives clients their documents, invoices and messages in one place. Automations send a contract, an invoice or a follow-up when an event's status changes. Ticketing and revenue reports are included. For venues with a bar, bar sales sync from Square, Clover, Toast or Lightspeed into the event's revenue report. Who it is for. Independent venues that host weddings, corporate events and private parties, from a single room to several sites. Extra venues share one calendar, group revenue, and shared contacts and templates. Pricing. Free for one venue with 2 staff seats, 10 events a month and 250 contacts, including BEOs, floor plans, menus, proposals, invoices and deposits. The Venue plan is $49 a month or $490 a year, with unlimited events, contacts and staff, contracts with e-signature and POS sales sync. Each extra venue is $15 a month. There is a 14-day trial, a 30-day money-back period, no setup fee and no annual contract. No card is needed to start free. Free tools. MyVenueHQ also publishes free planning tools that need no account, including a floor plan maker, a seating chart maker, a BEO template, a wedding timeline template, and capacity, alcohol and open bar calculators.

Noctessa

Noctessa is table reservation and marketing software for bars, lounges, nightclubs and event spaces — venues that sell tables for a night. You draw your room once in a drag-and-draw editor, then publish an event: date, line-up, door price and table tiers. Guests book a specific table on your own branded site in nine languages, and every request lands in one inbox instead of Instagram DMs. On the night your team runs the door from a phone: the live floor plan updates as bookings arrive, staff seat, hold and confirm, and QR tickets scan at the entrance. Publish the same event to Instagram and Facebook from the screen you took the bookings on. An in-admin AI assistant answers staff questions from your own bookings and the help centre, citing its source. One plan, every feature on, from €39 a month with a seven-day trial. Bookings are for a night or event, not a chosen arrival time.

PlayOps

PlayOps is play center software for indoor kids' play centers and soft play venues — owner-run floors that still work from a paper register, a phone stopwatch and handwritten receipts. One screen shows the whole floor. Tap to admit a child; timers run per child and alert at time-up; add-ons go on a running tab; checkout records how the parent paid — cash, card or mobile money. Memberships and prepaid hour passes deduct automatically. Birthday parties are booked and billed in the same place, and parents get WhatsApp updates without anyone typing a message. On the Growth plan, families can check in with a QR code and sign a digital waiver on their own phone, children wear paper color bands the staff can see on a floor view, and the live floor can run on a TV. It works in a browser on the tablet, phone or PC already at the counter. A center sets itself up in about ten minutes and gets a full month free, no card. Built by Synopse Technologies.

SAVIE Crew Connect

SAVIE is crew scheduling software built for event production and event technology companies. It helps technical dispatchers and production managers staff shows, tours and corporate events with technicians who can actually operate the equipment on the job, not just people with the right job title. Most crew planning tools match by trade: lighting, audio, video, rigging. But a lighting technician's title doesn't tell you which console they know. SAVIE's gear-skills matching starts from the concrete equipment on your next production, such as a specific lighting console, wireless system or media server, and shows which freelancers and staff have experience with it. A match is a suggestion, not a booking: your team compares experience and availability, sends requests and decides who gets booked. Everything runs in one shared workspace. Crew profiles, jobs, requests, confirmations and replies sit in one place instead of spread across Excel sheets, WhatsApp groups and email threads. Confirmed bookings go out to crew as .ics files, Google Calendar or Outlook links, or a subscribable calendar feed. Crew can also connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar so busy times show up during planning. SAVIE covers more than crew. Fleet planning puts towing vehicles, trailers, drivers and maintenance blocks on the same timeline and books vehicles through their real return time, with conflict checks before two jobs claim the same truck. Time tracking lets crew record start and end times, which dispatchers review, approve and export as XLSX or CSV. A resource calendar shows productions, crew and vehicles on one timeline and separates confirmed bookings, calendar-busy time and unknown availability. SAVIE works standalone or alongside your rental and ERP software. Jobs, roles and equipment can be imported from easyjob, Rentman and Eventworx instead of retyped, so SAVIE adds crew planning without replacing the system you already use. The product is built for the DACH market: fully bilingual in German and English, GDPR-compliant with a data processing agreement, hosted on servers in Germany, and protected with two-factor authentication. SAVIE suits event technology companies, production service providers and rental houses that book freelance and permanent crew, and want to put the right technician on every show with less back-and-forth by phone and messenger.
