AirPlate AI Reviews & Product Details

AirPlate AI is agentic event sales software for hotels, conference centres and event venues. It answers every event RFP in minutes instead of days, so venues reply before the planner accepts a competitor's offer. How it works: each venue gets its own branded RFP form (English or French) to share on its website, social media, newsletters and third-party channels. When a planner submits a request, AirPlate AI prices it from the venue's own packages and pricing rules, assigns the smallest free event space that fits (checked against the venue's existing bookings and set-up buffers), and e-mails the quote to the planner. The contract is signed online by both parties through Documenso. The venue sends it, or it goes out automatically when the venue's own rules match. The deposit is then requested by card on the venue's own Stripe account. AirPlate AI takes 0% commission on bookings. An AI assistant, in the app and on Telegram, gives today's counts and new requests and prepares booking changes by voice or text. A person confirms every outgoing action it prepares, and a PIN is required to send or sign a contract. Also included: banquet event orders (BEO) published as versioned PDFs, a consistency checker for dates, guests, prices, VAT and deposit before a contract goes out, team roles and tasks. Integrations: Stripe and Documenso are live. Apaleo is in certification. Mews, Cloudbeds and HubSpot are available on request. Data: EU-hosted, with AI on Mistral AI's EU endpoint. Customer data is not used for model training. Pricing: free trial (5 contracts or 14 days), then from EUR 2.99 per contract, or Scale and Premium monthly plans.
