Di-Spatch

DispatchInAI

DispatchInAI is a cloud transportation management system (TMS) and truck dispatch software for owner-operators, small and medium trucking fleets, and independent dispatch companies in the United States. Upload a broker rate confirmation and AI reads the load, stops and pay across 100+ broker formats, flagging anything uncertain for a dispatcher to review rather than retype. Dispatch drivers by SMS — they accept with a reply, move the load through in-transit and delivered, and upload BOL and POD photos from their phone browser with nothing to install. Broker invoicing with a merged PDF document package, driver settlements, a load planner, an IFTA quarterly worksheet and Excel export are included on every plan. Users are unlimited, every feature is on every plan, and there is no fleet-size ceiling. Pricing starts at $24.99/month after a free 30-day trial.

DispatchLedger

DispatchLedger is a revenue and document control center built specifically for independent freight dispatchers. Most transportation management systems (TMS) are designed for large fleets, brokers, or carriers with dozens of trucks — leaving solo and small-team dispatchers stuck paying for features they'll never use, or tracking loads manually across spreadsheets, texts, and email threads. DispatchLedger takes a different approach. It's built entirely around how independent dispatchers actually work: booking loads, managing carrier relationships, and making sure every rate confirmation and proof of delivery gets collected before payment is at risk. At the core of DispatchLedger is an 8-stage load pipeline that automatically updates as documentation comes in. Upload a signed rate confirmation, and the load moves forward. Upload a proof of delivery (POD), and the system flags it as ready to invoice. No more manually cross-checking which loads still need paperwork, or discovering a missing document weeks after a load has already delivered. Beyond load tracking, DispatchLedger gives dispatchers a real-time view of money at risk — broker payments outstanding, commissions pending, and invoices that haven't been sent yet — all in one dashboard, rather than scattered across separate tools or a mental checklist. The platform also helps dispatchers manage carrier relationships directly, keeping a record of which carriers are reliable, which lanes work well together, and building the kind of repeat business that turns one-off loads into long-term partnerships. DispatchLedger is free to start, with no credit card required. A Pro plan is available for dispatchers managing a growing carrier and load volume, offering expanded tracking and reporting features as the business scales. Whether you're a new independent dispatcher booking your first loads or an experienced one juggling a growing roster of carriers, DispatchLedger is designed to remove the administrative friction — rate confirmations, proof of delivery, commission tracking, and broker payment follow-up — so more time goes toward growing the business, not chasing paperwork.

It integrates with various load board platforms, including Truckstop, DAT, and others, providing users with tools to enhance their workflow efficiency. DOCK2BILL

DOCK2BILL is a documentation layer for small trucking carriers. It handles the gap between the delivery and the invoice: getting every load's paperwork complete, legible and matched before billing. The office imports loads from a CSV. For each load the driver gets a link, opens it on their phone and photographs the POD, BOL, lumper receipt or scale ticket. No app, no account, no password. DOCK2BILL reads each document and checks it against the load. It flags three different problems: a required document that is missing, a page that cannot be read, and a page from another load. The office sees two queues: ready to bill and waiting on paper. When a load is complete, it builds one indexed PDF with a cover sheet and every document, ready for the customer or the factoring company. It does not replace a TMS and does not verify signatures. Flat pricing per company: Fleet $99/month up to 250 loads, Yard $199/month unlimited. Billing begins when the first load bills clean.

DQTrack

DQ Track is driver qualification file software for small US trucking fleets — carriers running roughly 3 to 75 trucks. It tracks the FMCSA deadlines that cause audit failures: medical examiner's certificates, motor vehicle records and the annual review, road test certificates, Clearinghouse queries, vehicle annual inspections, and the carrier's MCS-150 biennial update. Every requirement shows as valid, due soon, lapsed, or missing — so a document that was never collected is as visible as one about to expire. Drivers never get accounts. Each driver receives a single-use link by text or email, photographs the document on their phone, and it lands in the right file. Nothing to install, no passwords to reset. DQ Track does not tell you that you are compliant, and never will. It shows you the dates and the gaps. The compliance judgement stays with your safety manager. Documents are held in private storage, served only through short-lived signed links, isolated per carrier at the database level, and encrypted in transit and at rest. Social Security numbers are never collected or indexed. Pricing is published in full: $39/month up to 8 drivers, $89 up to 30, $149 up to 75. Terminated drivers whose files you must retain for three years do not count toward the limit. 14-day free trial.
