DispatchInAI Reviews & Product Details

DispatchInAI is a cloud transportation management system (TMS) and truck dispatch software for owner-operators, small and medium trucking fleets, and independent dispatch companies in the United States. Upload a broker rate confirmation and AI reads the load, stops and pay across 100+ broker formats, flagging anything uncertain for a dispatcher to review rather than retype. Dispatch drivers by SMS — they accept with a reply, move the load through in-transit and delivered, and upload BOL and POD photos from their phone browser with nothing to install. Broker invoicing with a merged PDF document package, driver settlements, a load planner, an IFTA quarterly worksheet and Excel export are included on every plan. Users are unlimited, every feature is on every plan, and there is no fleet-size ceiling. Pricing starts at $24.99/month after a free 30-day trial.
