DQ Track is driver qualification file software for small US trucking fleets — carriers running roughly 3 to 75 trucks.
It tracks the FMCSA deadlines that cause audit failures: medical examiner's certificates, motor vehicle records and the annual review, road test certificates, Clearinghouse queries, vehicle annual inspections, and the carrier's MCS-150 biennial update. Every requirement shows as valid, due soon, lapsed, or missing — so a document that was never collected is as visible as one about to expire.
Drivers never get accounts. Each driver receives a single-use link by text or email, photographs the document on their phone, and it lands in the right file. Nothing to install, no passwords to reset.
DQ Track does not tell you that you are compliant, and never will. It shows you the dates and the gaps. The compliance judgement stays with your safety manager.
Documents are held in private storage, served only through short-lived signed links, isolated per carrier at the database level, and encrypted in transit and at rest. Social Security numbers are never collected or indexed.
Pricing is published in full: $39/month up to 8 drivers, $89 up to 30, $149 up to 75. Terminated drivers whose files you must retain for three years do not count toward the limit. 14-day free trial.
