What do you like best about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?

First and foremost I love the fact that it is all SSO through a website and the ease of which you can disseminate data throughout an organization and even to customers if you so choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software?

The routing portion of the website is a bit hard to navigate in the beginning. I'm not a fan of the "service unit" option and there isn't as much customization available as in other routing platforms that we've evaluated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DispatchTrack Last Mile Delivery Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been able to inform our sales representatives, customer service agents, and managers realtime status updates of routes throughout the day. I have also allowed for my drivers to share information they get onsite at customers much easier with the rest of the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
