DOCK2BILL is a documentation layer for small trucking carriers. It handles the gap between the delivery and the invoice: getting every load's paperwork complete, legible and matched before billing.
The office imports loads from a CSV. For each load the driver gets a link, opens it on their phone and photographs the POD, BOL, lumper receipt or scale ticket. No app, no account, no password.
DOCK2BILL reads each document and checks it against the load. It flags three different problems: a required document that is missing, a page that cannot be read, and a page from another load. The office sees two queues: ready to bill and waiting on paper.
When a load is complete, it builds one indexed PDF with a cover sheet and every document, ready for the customer or the factoring company. It does not replace a TMS and does not verify signatures.
Flat pricing per company: Fleet $99/month up to 250 loads, Yard $199/month unlimited. Billing begins when the first load bills clean.
