Digicust AI Platform for Customs and Trade Compliance

Digicust uses AI to automate customs and trade compliance processes, from document and email processing to tariff classification, origin determination, export control, sanctions screening and declaration preparation. The platform validates and enriches customs data, manages master data and supporting documents, identifies risks and inconsistencies, and creates complete audit trails. As a pre-customs automation layer, Digicust works with existing customs, ERP and logistics systems. It prepares submission-ready data while established customs software remains responsible for official government filings. This enables companies and customs brokers to automate complex international customs processes without replacing their existing infrastructure.

Digital Product Passport by WIARA

Digital Product Passport by WIARA is a compliance platform for manufacturers, importers and the consultancies serving them, built for the EU Digital Product Passport introduced by the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR). The passport becomes a condition of sale sector by sector rather than all at once. Batteries come first, on 18 February 2027, under Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. The ESPR working plan then sequences iron and steel, textiles, tyres, furniture and further groups through delegated acts from 2026 onward. The platform is built for that staggering: a passport assembled now under one sector's rules does not have to be rebuilt when the next act lands. What it does. Product data is entered once and published as a passport in 24 official EU languages. Each passport is a static page on EU-hosted infrastructure with a permanent URL, opened from the product by QR code or GS1 Digital Link at model, batch or item level, with GTIN identification. The three-tier access model EU law requires - public, economic operator, market surveillance authority - is enforced field by field, with authority access via eIDAS. A withdrawn passport answers distinguishably rather than going silent, which matters when an inspector scans a code. AI automates the creation itself. A passport is not assembled field by field for every product and every market. The manufacturer's own free-text values are translated by a language model into each enabled EU language at publish time, cached so unchanged text costs nothing to republish, and baked into the static page, so nothing is translated at runtime and delivery stays instant. Readers on a non-source language get an honest "automatically translated - view original" disclosure, one click from the manufacturer's own wording. Nothing written by the model is beyond reach: a per-passport, per-language editor lets a person review or override any value before it ships, and administrators get versioned prompts, hard cost budgets and a usage dashboard over the whole pipeline. Integration. The platform is API-first. A REST integration API covers the passport and template lifecycle, organisations and their linking, file evidence with signed download links, the audit trail and statistics, documented to OpenAPI 3.0.3, so an ERP or PLM system can drive passports without product data being retyped. Also included: sector templates, a seven-year audit trail, data export, and integration with the EU DPP Registry. Assurance. WIARA is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and the certificate is independently verifiable in the IAF global database of accredited certifications rather than only on our own website. The platform is aligned with the CIRPASS-2 reference architecture and designed toward the CEN/CENELEC harmonised standards EN 18216-18223. White-label deployment is available for consultancies, label and packaging suppliers, and chambers of commerce that prefer to serve their own clients under their own brand. WIARA (VIARA DAAS EOOD) is a Bulgarian software company founded in 2018, based in Plovdiv.
