Question on: ZoomInfo Sales
Sneaky auto-renewal clause in ZoomInfo contractApparently ZoomInfo includes a sneaky auto renewal clause in their contract that was never mentioned in sales conversations and they seem to be railroading us into renewing another year against our will. I'm really surprised by this business practice. The've been a useful platform for us, but the price tag is beyond what makes sense for a company our size. I would hope they have enough confidence in their value that they wouldn't have to engage in strong-arming their customers to renew. Anyone else have an issue with this? Suggestions for a solution?

I am having the same issues with them. However, they are in violation of the auto renewal act in my state. The contract is void and unenforceable. You should check this in your state.

Question on: Netwrix Platform Governance (formerly Strongpoint)
What is the best way to add objects to a change request, it seems manual at times.Great question - searching and adding customizations one by one is definitely a bit of a manual process. We recently added a few ways for you to do this more efficiently. You can search for customizations and filter by Type, Bundle ID, Date Range, Users that last modified, or any combination of those.
This should allow you to pull up a more specific list of customizations and multi-select to add them all at once. If you have any other ideas that might help, please let us know!
