Create the outbound message in MobileConnect. Create an automation in Automation Studio. Add the activity to the automation. When you configure the activity, select the outbound message you created in MobileConnect. Schedule and activate the automation.

I believe so. We push out and manage a large volume of agreements and no issues so far.

Yes, the account is password-protected, and important information can be masked on documents (ex. social security numbers). If there are multiple users on the account workspaces can be set up where only certain users can access certain files.
