Hi Kausha, Thanks for the question! It sounds like you are describing our candidate search feature. This can be found at the top of your account by clicking "candidates". Candidate search puts your entire applicant database into one bucket that you can then refine down using smart filters. I would recommend tagging your applicants and then sorting by a specific tag when reviewing the database. Hi Kathleen, There are a few ways to do this in the VidCruiter system. When applicants apply to multiple jobs, their profiles are linked together. This allows you to see all their previous applications. When this occurs, there is a number next to their name which allows you to easily navigate between all their previous applications. In addition to this, the advanced search function allows you to search for all applicants who are flagged for future consideration. A search can be done to return all applicants who have a specific tag or who are in a folder dedicated to candidates for future consideration.
