Hi There,
Great question! I actually have a few different recourses that may help you.
1. Knowledge base article around best practices to employ when opening a job to get job board viability: https://support.hireology.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052451112-Job-Board-Visibility-Best-Practices
2. A resource from our blog covering a recruitment checklist: https://hireology.com/guides/the-only-recruitment-checklist-you-need-for-the-new-year-2/
If these are not in line with what you are looking for, please reach out to me at krossow@hireology.com.

Question on: VidCruiter
Is there a way to link all Future Consideration candidates so that they can all be viewed at once or do they have to be viewed from within the folder within the original job posting? Is there a way to link all Future Consideration candidates so that they can all be viewed at once or do they have to be viewed from within the folder within the original job posting?

Hi Kathleen,
There are a few ways to do this in the VidCruiter system.
When applicants apply to multiple jobs, their profiles are linked together. This allows you to see all their previous applications. When this occurs, there is a number next to their name which allows you to easily navigate between all their previous applications.
In addition to this, the advanced search function allows you to search for all applicants who are flagged for future consideration. A search can be done to return all applicants who have a specific tag or who are in a folder dedicated to candidates for future consideration.
If you have any additional questions regarding these options, please feel free to reach out to your dedicated Client Success Manager. I've also notified them to reach out about this.
Best,

Question on: Hireology
How do i sort by processWhat is the best way to review where applicants are in the process without clicking into records?

Hi James,
I recommend viewing your pipelines per position in either the "Applicants" or "Candidates" tabs. This will show you a high level view of who is in what bucket as well as what has been completed on that person.
Try following these steps:
Click on "jobs" in the upper left hand corner
Select the job title you are looking to view the pipeline of
Within that role you should see "applicants" and "candidates" tabs (along with Hires, Declined, and Details).
When viewing the pipelines in either applicants or candidates you should see that broader overview it sounds like you are looking for.
