Qgosu

Qgosu is a free quote and estimate management platform built for solopreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners. Unlike traditional invoicing tools that rely on spreadsheets or complex form-based editors, Qgosu uses a WYSIWYG approach: you edit your estimate directly on the final document, with no preview switching needed. What you create is exactly what your customer receives. Why Qgosu? Most quoting tools force you to fill out long forms before seeing the result, then break formatting when you export to PDF. Qgosu eliminates both problems by making the editing screen identical to the final output. Add line items, attach photos, drag to reorder — and your PDF is instantly ready, with logo and seal included. Designed for the modern small business owner who needs to send professional quotes from anywhere, Qgosu offers a generous free plan with no time limits, plus advanced features for businesses ready to scale. Key Features (Free): • WYSIWYG estimate editor — edit directly on the template, no preview required • One-click PDF export with company logo, seal, and attached photos • Photo attachment for site documentation • Customer management with tags and groups • Mobile-optimized estimate sharing — customers see a clean mobile view automatically • Shareable links that work on any device • Free forever, no credit card required Premium Features: • KakaoTalk Notification delivery (90%+ open rate) • Real-time view tracking and customer interest scoring • Estimate version control with change history • Contract conversion analytics • Korean electronic tax invoice issuance with NTS integration • Receivable and payment tracking • Team collaboration with role-based permissions • Franchise dashboard for multi-branch businesses Use Cases: Qgosu is widely used across industries that depend on customized quotes: • Interior designers and renovation contractors • Construction and engineering firms • Freelance designers, developers, and consultants • Manufacturers and wholesalers • Print and signage shops • Small B2B service providers Whether you send one quote a week or fifty, Qgosu scales with your business. QuoteMate

QuoteMate is a quoting-first app for Australian trade businesses. Describe a job in plain English or dictate it on site: QuoteMate builds a materials list with quantities, pulls current pricing from major Australian suppliers or your own imported price list, adds your labour and margin, and produces a branded PDF quote. Most quotes take about two minutes instead of an evening of paperwork. Where most field-service platforms are dispatch systems priced per user, QuoteMate is built around the quote itself, at one flat rate regardless of crew size. Jobs move through a pipeline from inquiry to paid, with scheduling, on-site photos, checklists and automated quote follow-ups. Built for Australian conditions: 10% GST, ABN on every document, AUD pricing, Xero sync, and Square Tap to Pay for card payment on site. Works offline and syncs when you regain signal. Free plan forever with unlimited quotes and invoices, no credit card required. A 14-day Pro trial starts with your first quote.

QuoteMe

QuoteMe is a mobile quoting and field service app for contractors and service businesses. Independent contractors and small teams use it to create professional quotes on iPhone or Android, send them by link, SMS, or email, collect digital signatures, schedule the resulting jobs, generate invoices, and get paid. QuoteMe is built for people who quote from the truck, a photo, or a short description. Setup takes a few minutes. Contractors start from saved templates, or they upload an existing quote, photo, voice note, or work description and let AI extract line items. Quotes can include payment terms, accepted payment methods, site photos, and a new version if the quote is edited after it is sent. Customers do not download an app. They open a web link, review the quote, and sign by drawing or typing. Each signature is stored with a timestamp, IP address, and document hash. When a quote is signed, QuoteMe creates a job automatically. Jobs can be scheduled on a calendar, assigned to team members, and tracked through completion. Completed jobs generate invoices that can be adjusted for partial billing or change orders. Online payments run through the contractor's own Square account. Invoices include a Pay online button. QuoteMe does not process or hold customer funds and adds no fee on card payments. Square's standard processing fees apply. Invoices mark themselves paid when the payment clears. Contractors without a website can use a free QuoteMe Business Page at a custom web address. Customers request a quote, describe the job, and attach photos or video. Submissions arrive in the app as leads that can be accepted into a quote. QuoteMe also includes expense tracking, revenue and profitability reports, and team accounts with Admin and Member roles and permissions for quotes, jobs, and invoices. There is no subscription. Creating quotes, managing jobs, sending invoices, and using the rest of the product is free. QuoteMe charges 1% of signed quote value, billed on the 10th of the following month. Recurring quotes are free after the first signing. New accounts can earn Quote Credits during onboarding that reduce the fee on early jobs. QuoteMe is developed by Celebrimbor LLC in Loomis, California. It was founded by Marshall Jaquish after he general-contracted his own house and watched subcontractors lose work to slow quoting and unsigned paperwork. It is used by home service businesses, skilled trades, and event and creative professionals who quote a job, get it approved, and then show up to do the work.
