## About QuoteMe
QuoteMe is a mobile quoting and field service app for contractors and service businesses. Independent contractors and small teams use it to create professional quotes on iPhone or Android, send them by link, SMS, or email, collect digital signatures, schedule the resulting jobs, generate invoices, and get paid. QuoteMe is built for people who quote from the truck, a photo, or a short description. Setup takes a few minutes. Contractors start from saved templates, or they upload an existing quote, photo, voice note, or work description and let AI extract line items. Quotes can include payment terms, accepted payment methods, site photos, and a new version if the quote is edited after it is sent. Customers do not download an app. They open a web link, review the quote, and sign by drawing or typing. Each signature is stored with a timestamp, IP address, and document hash. When a quote is signed, QuoteMe creates a job automatically. Jobs can be scheduled on a calendar, assigned to team members, and tracked through completion. Completed jobs generate invoices that can be adjusted for partial billing or change orders. Online payments run through the contractor's own Square account. Invoices include a Pay online button. QuoteMe does not process or hold customer funds and adds no fee on card payments. Square's standard processing fees apply. Invoices mark themselves paid when the payment clears. Contractors without a website can use a free QuoteMe Business Page at a custom web address. Customers request a quote, describe the job, and attach photos or video. Submissions arrive in the app as leads that can be accepted into a quote. QuoteMe also includes expense tracking, revenue and profitability reports, and team accounts with Admin and Member roles and permissions for quotes, jobs, and invoices. There is no subscription. Creating quotes, managing jobs, sending invoices, and using the rest of the product is free. QuoteMe charges 1% of signed quote value, billed on the 10th of the following month. Recurring quotes are free after the first signing. New accounts can earn Quote Credits during onboarding that reduce the fee on early jobs. QuoteMe is developed by Celebrimbor LLC in Loomis, California. It was founded by Marshall Jaquish after he general-contracted his own house and watched subcontractors lose work to slow quoting and unsigned paperwork. It is used by home service businesses, skilled trades, and event and creative professionals who quote a job, get it approved, and then show up to do the work.
