Qgosu Reviews & Product Details

Qgosu is a free quote and estimate management platform built for solopreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners. Unlike traditional invoicing tools that rely on spreadsheets or complex form-based editors, Qgosu uses a WYSIWYG approach: you edit your estimate directly on the final document, with no preview switching needed. What you create is exactly what your customer receives. Why Qgosu? Most quoting tools force you to fill out long forms before seeing the result, then break formatting when you export to PDF. Qgosu eliminates both problems by making the editing screen identical to the final output. Add line items, attach photos, drag to reorder — and your PDF is instantly ready, with logo and seal included. Designed for the modern small business owner who needs to send professional quotes from anywhere, Qgosu offers a generous free plan with no time limits, plus advanced features for businesses ready to scale.
