Hey Casey, we offer several options for adding contacts. You can add them individually by manually typing in the phone number. You are also able to copy and paste the contact. However, the easiest way is to upload an Excel or .CSV Comma Delimited file that contains your contacts from your computer into your Call-Em-All account. We use it to be prepared for a disaster and test it every year to ensure we have up to date contact information for employees. We have used it to communicate to affected employees who have a computer system down to flex their time or to notify employees of a train derailment impacting commutes to leave the office. Also, notifying if the office has to close for some reason. It's essentially an updated version of the phone tree but everyone can get the message at the same time (via phone call, text, email).

Key Kim, Great question! Text messaging does not support the sending of .pdf's. However, one work around is to screen shot the document and send it as a MMS (image) by .png/.jpg/.jpeg file types.
