Contact "the community" here or the community at the SDL website, where you will also find an extensive knowledge base. If you are registered at proz.com, that is another excellent place to get help. Usually, you can quickly get a direct answer or assistance with your issue for free from the world's leading expert on SDL Trados Studio, Paul Filkin.
SDL Trados Studio is excellent software. The only real complaint I have with them is there support. It is all but non-existent through their official support channel unless you pay huge amounts for a premium support package billed yearly.
I hope we will see positive changes with an already outstanding product now that RWS has bought up SDL. Perhaps support will improve!
