Uniqodo is the Promotion Experience Platform: an intelligent layer that sits above a brand's commerce stack and orchestrates the advanced promotions existing systems were never built to handle.
Built for enterprise marketing and commercial teams running complex multi-channel promotions at scale. Uniqodo connects to a brand's existing stack through an API, leaving it intact, and handles the nested rules, granular targeting, secure distribution and cross-channel attribution that native discount tools cannot.
It also delivers those promotions onsite, so the promotion logic and the customer-facing experience sit in the same platform rather than requiring a separate tool. Once integrated, marketing teams design, launch, test and adjust sophisticated promotions entirely within a single interface.
Uniqodo runs promotions for enterprise retail, travel and telco brands including Samsung, Boots, Avis, Travelodge, TUI, BT and EE. Over one billion unique codes have been issued to date, and brands generated more than £4bn in revenue through the platform in 2025.
Uniqodo comprises five products that form one promotion experience platform: Promotion Engine, Onsite Experiences, Code Distribution, Referral and Loyalty.
Promotion Engine. The logic layer behind every campaign. Qualification is defined against product data, order value, customer attributes and behaviour, including nested rules such as a discount that applies only if product B is in the basket but not if category C is present. Rewards cover product bundles, tiered rewards, free items, shipping incentives, spend thresholds, product or brand-specific discounts and automatic promotions that apply without a code. Rules are enforced at checkout in real time, and thresholds or exclusions can be changed mid-campaign across every channel. For travel operators, blackout dates and qualification rules control discounts by date, rate and segment.
Onsite Experiences. Banners, overlays, inline messages, countdowns and code reminders, customisable to the brand and orchestrated through a rule builder covering schedules, display rules and audience targeting. Triggers include exit intent, traffic source, specific URLs and basket state. Conversion uplift is measured against a control group before a campaign is scaled.
Code Distribution. Unique codes are issued at scale through real-time API and click to reveal partner buttons. An HTML snippet embeds codes in any email platform, with no integration required. Uniqodo maintains established connections to 7 affiliate networks including AWIN, CJ Affiliate, Impact and TradeDoubler, and 24 publisher platforms covering cashback sites and closed user groups including Top Cashback, Unidays, Student Beans and Blue Light Card, so each partner is a configuration rather than a build, with per-partner attribution on every redemption. Codes can be single-use, multi-use or repeat-use, with redemption limits per customer and per promotion.
Referral. High-impact referral growth built on the essentials that actually drive results. Capture advocates at the peak of purchase excitement, generate unique single-use sharing links, convert their friends with social proof, and close the loop automatically.
Loyalty. A logic-led approach to retention. Run a classic points-to-currency scheme, or skip points entirely and use the engine to trigger surprise-and-delight rewards, VIP tiers and gated access for the customers who matter most, without running a separate loyalty platform alongside it.
Uniqodo was founded to solve affiliate code leakage, where codes intended for one partner end up on voucher sites and in browser extensions, so security applies across every module. Uniqodo issues high-entropy single-use codes by default, validated against eligibility rules at the point of purchase. Generic codes are also supported where a public code is needed, with the same qualification rules controlling who can redeem. That security is what lets brands run exclusive offers through dozens of external partners at once, with each partner's codes traceable and none of them able to leak into general circulation.
