How to Navigate Ethics for Generative AI in the HR World
Depending on who you ask, AI is our salvation, the apocalypse, a novelty, an industry-changer, or a fad. Between virtual writing assistants, tackling barriers to AI in supply chain software, and meeting scheduling bots, there’s no industry unbitten by the machine learning bug. But HR has always been about the people. When the “people industry” gets automated, people get nervous.

Organizational Network Analytics Help Improve Workplace Inclusivity
Culture management has always been a difficult mission for HR teams. At the same time, HR teams have no shortage of instruments to resolve this problem—rewards and incentives software, employee recognition software, etc. The primary challenge is that HR tends to be more reactive than proactive in dealing with this matter. The most common shortcoming is finding the cultural weak links in the company’s social fabric.

Question on: Prodoscore
How does Prodoscore handle employee privacy?
Consider personal content.

Privacy is something we take seriously, and it's one of the reasons Prodoscore was built the way it was. The platform does not read the contents of emails or documents, capture screenshots, or record keystrokes. What Prodoscore measures is business application activity (i.e. which business tools are being used and for how long) across the platforms your organization has already deployed. The data is visible to employees and their managers, so there are no hidden reports or surprise evaluations. Prodoscore does not capture personal websites or local applications.
Organizations set the tone for how Prodoscore is used, and we encourage transparency as a core part of implementation.

What types of companies get the most value from Prodoscore?
Are there certain verticals or personas?

Prodoscore works best for companies that manage distributed or hybrid teams and need more than intuition to understand workforce performance. Our customers typically range from 50 to several thousand employees and span industries including staffing, financial services, insurance, technology, legal and professional services. The common thread is that they have leaders who are accountable for team output but lack reliable visibility into how work is actually getting done day-to-day. HR leaders, operations executives, and CEOs are among our most frequent champions because Prodoscore provides the objective, consistent data that supports both strategic decisions and individual coaching conversations.

Question on: Prodoscore
How is Prodoscore different from other Employee Monitoring solutions?
Consider competitors.

Most monitoring platforms track activity at the surface level — keystrokes, screenshots, websites visited — with the goal of catching employees doing something wrong. Prodoscore takes a fundamentally different approach. Our platform aggregates data from the tools your teams already use, like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, phone systems, etc., and converts that activity into workforce intelligence, not surveillance. Leaders use Prodoscore to understand performance trends, surface coaching opportunities, and make better decisions about how and where their teams work best. The data is transparent to employees as well, which creates accountability without creating anxiety. Prodoscore is the only solution that combines API-rich data with a desktop agent.
