I’m looking for tools that can help me monitor workforce composition, measure inclusion efforts, and align engagement strategies with modern workplace values.
Some of the platforms I’ve been exploring include:
- Culture Amp, which offers strong DEI-focused features alongside surveys, dashboards, and demographic segmentation to track outcomes in real time
- Rippling, an all-in-one HR platform recognized as a leader in HR analytics, with organizational structure mapping, turnover tracking, and reporting dashboards designed to capture both workforce diversity and inclusion KPIs.
If you’ve used any of these platforms, how effective have they been in helping track and improve D&I initiatives?
I’m especially curious about how well they supported ongoing inclusion strategies rather than just measurement. Thoughts?
I’m looking for HR analytics tools that can help me forecast staffing needs, align workforce strategies with business goals, and use data to make smarter people decisions. The ideal platform should combine strong analytics with core HR functionality so planning becomes seamless instead of reactive.
I’m hoping to find something that’s:
- Easy to use with clear reporting and forecasting features
- Able to support both local and global workforce planning
- Flexible enough to manage data across payroll, onboarding, and performance
- Scalable as workforce needs and complexity grow
Here are a few platforms I’ve been researching on G2:
- Rippling — An all-in-one HR, IT, payroll, and spend platform with a unified interface that simplifies workforce forecasting and analytics.
- Deel — A global HR platform built for hiring, onboarding, and paying employees or contractors worldwide, making it strong for cross-border workforce planning.
- HiBob HRIS — A modern HR system that streamlines people management, onboarding, leave, and performance while equipping HR teams with data for predictive planning.
- ADP Workforce Now — A cloud-based suite covering HR, payroll, and benefits, with reporting and self-service features that provide a solid foundation for workforce planning.
If you’ve worked with any of these (or other HR analytics tools), I’d love to know:
- How well did it support predictive workforce planning?
- Did it improve your ability to align people strategy with business growth?
- Any wins, challenges, or lessons you’d share?
How easy was it to turn forecasting insights into concrete staffing plans?
Reporting courses from iLearn and all the Bridge content are outdated. As a practitioner, I find that it's more helpful for the Reporting rep to give me details on how they run and help clients with a report for Learning tips and tricks. Also having experienced the Pro Summit I realize that if The Bridge offered chats like that - to ADP Pros that can assist as we work through our kinks - it would vastly assist professionals to build confidence and usability in how we handle our day to day businesses and tasks
