How it works

iTER7

iTER7 is the management system for plumbing and heating contractors with several technicians in the field, built to be used from the phone, on site, with no app to install. At the end of a visit the technician dictates the work report by voice: the text lands in the right fields (work done, hours, material taken from the van, extras to confirm), the customer signs on the screen and the branded PDF goes out by email or WhatsApp. In the office the report is already written and signed: the electronic invoice (Italian SDI) comes from there, with no retyping. What it includes: job calendar, work reports with photos and signature, customers and installations with history, per-van stock with QR labels, quotes, electronic invoicing, WhatsApp and email notifications. Priced per company, not per user: with three technicians or ten the fee is the same (Basic €99 or Pro €199 a month, plus a one-off onboarding of €500 to €1,500). Dedicated installation for each company, on your own server if you prefer; data exportable at any time, no multi-year lock-in. Onboarding (configuration around the way you work, data import from spreadsheets or the old system, on-site training) usually takes two to four weeks. Developed and supported in Noale (Venice, Italy) by the person who wrote the code: on site across Veneto, remote across Italy.
