Thunderbird does not recognize Excel’s formatting the way Outlook can. But, it can recognize formatting from Word. Copy paste from Excel to Word, then from Word to Thunderbird.

Outlook is part of the Microsoft Suite. You have to have Microsoft to use it. It doesn't have to be just Office 365, but you do have to have some version of Microsoft Office.

Please click on File --> Accounts Information --> Account Settings --> Select the desired account --> Remove. Later you can add same or another account following the same process. If your existing account is IMAP, all email/ contacts will be removed, if you want to keep them, make a backup. If your existing account is POP, email/ contacts will remain in he associated data file. If you wish to remove them, create a new data file, set it as default, restart Outlook and right click data file and remove. The file will be removed from Outlook but will remain on the computer. If you want to remove, find Outlook files folder in my documents (if you didn't change it) and delete. Hope it helps.
