Question on: Front
Can I use this for personal use?
This would be an awesome way to stay organized personally. I’d live to know! Thanks!

I asked the same question! I was told that you *can* link a personal email, like a Gmail account, but your corporate policy might prohibit that. I was advised against doing so.
You could likely pay the Starter subscription for one license and have yourself a personal version of the platform, I'd ask their website chat bubble though to be sure. I'd love it if they came out with a free-limited feature / paid full feature (minus business functions) version for personal use.

Question on: Front
How do you use Front's CRM w/ other CRM tools, or do you use it exclusively in Front? I'd really like to figure that out, thanks!
Front's great at managing our emails, but it'd be cool to be able to understand more and deeper about the people we respond emails with

First, Front is not a CRM. It's a communication tool. I do not advise Front to be used as a CRM. However, I do recommend Front as a communication tool. It is the best product out there that allows teams to work within the same inbound channels such as email accounts that need to be management by more than one person. It's a great solution to put all your communication in one piece of software.

Question on: Front
How can I recall a message back?
I haven't found a way to recall messages in Front. I've seen their is a timing after you send it but once send I don't think there is a way to call it back

Front does not currently have the functionality to recall an email. I believe Microsoft outlook products do have this functionality. However, take it with a grain of salt because it doesn't really do what they say it will do. Some emails simply can't be called back. When a recipient downloads an email to their device, in most instances, this functionality cannot control this OR "undo" this download. It's simply a false feeling that you have done some damage control.
