Question on: DocVerify
[Is there a way I can test the software more with support so I can find what way works best for me?](/discussions/31148-is-there-a-way-i-can-test-the-software-more-with-support-so-i-can-find-what-way-works-best-for-me)

I personally feel it would make me seem more professional if I know more about how the system works on my end, participants end, and the witnesses end.

Hello, there are webinars that will help. We also did a couple of "test runs" in our office to see what the signer experienced while completing the ID verification portion of the signing.

Question on: DocVerify
[Do you offer phone support?](/discussions/30664-do-you-offer-phone-support)

Not at this time as we only offer email support at the moment. Email support is available during business hours, and limited hours on weekends. The support team is usually very response, most questions are answered in a very timely manner as there are also have webinars throughout the week, a very comprehensive help section, tutorials, how to's, videos, step by step guides, and much more to help assist users.

Be careful what you ask, they don't know how to answer questions and you may be charged additional funds because it's impossible to communicate everything via email.

Question on: DocVerify
[So whos' seeing profit](/discussions/27305-so-whos-seeing-profit)

I pay $50 a month plus KBI credits for this platform. Has anyone seen profit or think it's worth it?

I don't think so. I am aggressively marketing my RON services and basically breaking even or losing money, mostly due to DocVerify's BUGS and how they take a blanket "not our fault no refunds" approach. . Is their system booting you which boots everyone else and you all have to rejoin the RON 5 times before giving up after you spent eNotary and KBA credits? TOO BAD! YOUR LOSS! THANKS FOR THE MONEY!! . Is one of your participants not getting access to sign the documents even though they are using a device and browser/OS combo that they prequalified to be compatible with DocVerify? BWAHAHA THANKS FOR THE MONEY!! NO SUPPORT. . Are your clients refusing to pay your fee because the experience took over an hour due to various bugs and technical difficulties? WELL THAT'S NOT EVEN OUR PROBLEM! TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR CLIENT! . Are you trying to add the "fillable PDF" fields to your documents, but every time you leave the page or click to a different document, you lose all your hard work, even if you meticulously hit "save and exit" after each added field? CRICKETS. CRICKETS. CRICKETS. BUT HEY, THANKS FOR THE DOCUMENT CREDITS THOUGH... THOSE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! . Did DocVerify tell you that depending on your state laws, you may need to buy their SSL certificate for $100, but some states may be ok with you using the default DocVerify certificate without having to buy a special one? JUST KIDDING! YOU'RE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR NOTARY PROFILE UNTIL YOU BUY OUR CERTIFICATE! Oh, after you bought it the president of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries AND a member of the PA Department of State Notaties Division told you you don't have to buy their certificate, and the default certificate is sufficient? WELL, YOU SEE... WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS.... UH... WE REQUIRE ALL OUR NOTARY SUBSCRIBERS TO BUY THEIR OWN CERTIFICATES FROM US FOR $100. TELLING YOU YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY ONE IF YOUR STATE DIDN'T REQUIRE IT.... THAT WAS A LIE. ...but hey, thanks for the money though. 1 star. F-. Would not recommend
