It's one of the least expensive RON platforms on the market to maintain on a monthly basis, so for notaries who are on a limited budget and don't perform as many notarizations - it is perfect. Not specific to Secured Signing is the ID Verification process which is provided to all RON platforms by third parties. It can be difficult for signers to figure out how to successfully implement the ID verification process. The system is super easy to use. I can take pictures along my travels and upload in seconds to the mobile app. I can also snap photos and email all receipts to a Certify email address which eliminates the need for a scanner. of My expense report can be reviewed and approved by multiple layers if needed. 100% would reccommed. I love how easy and convenient it is to use the mobile app if you are away from your computer and how visible their expense reports are. It is very user-friendly and if I do have issues, the customer support team is always prompt with their responses and helpful.
