Question on: DocVerify
[Has anyone actually had success on this platform?](/discussions/26541-has-anyone-actually-had-success-on-this-platform)

If you do volume, at least 50 closings per month, are you able to use this successfully?

We have lots of clients that are performing successful electronic notary and remote online notary everyday. RON does have it's complexities, but we have done our best to make it as easy as possible.

We tried DocVerify and it was terrible for us. The support is non existent or they just direct you to a knowledge base that you have already read multiple times. There is no phone number to call support. We are using Pavaso now with much better results but RON still has its issues.

Question on: DocVerify
[Why is this company allowed to bribe people to leave good reviews??](/discussions/26530-why-is-this-company-allowed-to-bribe-people-to-leave-good-reviews)

I screen shot emails offering me discounts to leave them good reviews on your site. On their site at the top they are offering people a chance to win a $250 Amazon gift card for good reviews. Is this even legal?? I do know it’s extremely misleading either way.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We welcome all reviews good or bad, and if a person leaves a positive review we greatly appreciate it.

Question on: DocVerify
[Why don't you refund canceled transactions?](/discussions/26378-why-don-t-you-refund-canceled-transactions)

Our clients are having a difficult time with meeting all of the online requirements and it does not seem to be user friendly. They will get to the point of me trying to go online with them and then they will not be able to complete the transaction and we have to cancel and try again. Each time using up non-refundable credits.

Thank you for asking your question. Once a transaction is committed it is fully processed, and it goes through a series of processes as well as third party interactions that cannot be undone. This is why for notary transactions notaries must click the option in order to be able to continue that they have verified the info and have double checked everything before committing the transaction because once committed it cannot be reversed.
