Cuelora Pro

Cuelora Pro is a theater captioning system for venues that need accessible performances without a hardware budget or a technical team. It runs on one Windows or Mac laptop on the venue's own Wi-Fi, so no internet connection is needed during a show and caption data stays on the venue network. Patrons scan a QR code and read along in their phone's browser; there is no app to install and no loaner device to charge, hand out or collect. Each patron picks a text size and, on the Pro plan, a language. One operator runs three caption modes from the same show file: closed captions on patrons' phones and tablets, open captions on any screen with a browser, and scrolling LED surtitles over HDMI or serial/USB. Import a script from PDF or Word and Cuelora Pro builds the cue list; Script Follow can advance captions as the actors speak. Program Audio lets patrons listen to the printed program with their own headphones, and Audio Description can be recorded against script cues or narrated live. Between shows, Rehearsal Mode reads the other roles aloud and prompts an actor who drops a line. Local reports and CSV exports cover caption, program and description usage by show, season and fiscal year for grants and the board. Cuelora Core ($895) delivers PowerPoint caption slides to patrons' phones and a shared screen. Cuelora Pro ($3,500) adds script import, translation, LED surtitles, Script Follow, Program Audio, Audio Description and Rehearsal Mode. Both are one-time perpetual licenses per show computer with a year of updates and email support. A free demo license is available.

Decker

Decker is digital signage software for businesses that run screens across many locations. Restaurants, cafes, retail chains, supermarkets, hotels, clinics, schools and campuses, banks, airports, and manufacturing sites use the Decker digital signage platform to manage menus, prices, promotions, wayfinding, internal communications, and any other on-screen content from a single dashboard. Unlike USB-based digital sign software that needs someone on site to swap files, Decker connects to your existing data source — POS, ERP, inventory, or accounting systems — and pushes updates to every screen automatically. Each screen confirms playback, so you know the content is live. What the Decker digital signage system includes: - Centralized dashboard for screens, screen groups, playlists, and schedules - Automatic sync from POS, ERP, and inventory data via REST API or direct connection - Verified playback with real-time screen monitoring and offline fallback - Remote recovery: return a TV to the correct HDMI input and restart playback without a site visit - Role-based access, separate workspaces, MFA, and IP allowlisting - Ready-made templates for menu boards, promo screens, wayfinding, and internal communications - Android players and the optional Decker Verifier device Decker is a product of Alpha Intec, Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, with its principal place of business at 8305 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90069, United States.

DevSpace

DevSpace by signageOS is a development environment built for teams creating digital signage applications. Instead of writing and maintaining separate native codebases for every device type, developers build one HTML5 app and use DevSpace's cloud build system to generate optimized native clients for more than 50 supported hardware platforms and operating systems—often with a single click. The platform is designed around a single-codebase workflow. A unified JavaScript SDK and REST APIs give developers consistent access to device-native functionality—file system access, hardware-accelerated video playback and streaming, synchronization, peripherals, sensors, and system-level details like model, firmware, CPU, and RAM—and those APIs behave the same way across every device regardless of operating system or version. Developers can keep using their own IDE and control the full workflow from a CLI that includes a built-in emulator. DevSpace also addresses the parts of signage development that usually consume engineering time. A cloud-based QA testing framework runs automated tests on physical devices, including playback tests and configuration of display settings like orientation, resolution, brightness, and scheduling, so teams can ship new player versions with confidence. Built-in debugging and logging work both locally and over the internet, and a Proof-of-Play API delivers analytics and reporting out of the box. Developers retain full control over versioning, supported by documentation that's updated regularly with tutorials, sample code, and best practices. The core value proposition is cost and time savings. signageOS notes that companies developing internally often spend $50,000–$150,000 per year to build and maintain compatibility for a single device type, and that onboarding one device type can take two developers six months plus years of ongoing maintenance. DevSpace replaces that effort with immediate compatibility across 50+ platforms. Best suited for: software vendors (ISVs/MSPs), CMS developers, OEM hardware vendors, and enterprises building or maintaining digital signage applications at scale. Notable details: SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliant; 30-day free trial available with no credit card required.

Digipal Signage

Digipal Signage is a cloud-based digital signage platform that helps businesses get more out of the screens they already have. Most screens sit underused, and running kiosks, ads, and queues usually means juggling separate tools that don't talk to each other. Digipal puts all of it in one place: content creation, scheduling, device management, and remote control across multiple locations. Offline playback keeps screens running when the connection drops. Digipal goes beyond basic content. It supports interactive kiosks, directory and wayfinding, video walls, alerts, DOOH advertising, smart triggers, QR code interactions, and AI camera-based experiences. Specialized apps add queue management, booking and appointments, forms and data collection. Digipal is built for restaurants, retailers, offices, schools, and public spaces. Your team can update any screen without calling in technical help for every small change.
