What do you like best about Clebex?

We manage complex bookings with modular rooms in a so easy way! We implemented advanced booking rules for different types of bookings and different types of users. We can now control very complex bookings, and the system handles the requests and automatically sets up the different configuration requests for our FM team. Users need no training as everything happens on Outlook silently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clebex?

it took us a long time to find CLEBEX! They should make more in marketing to be more visible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clebex solving and how is that benefiting you?

we manage very complex bookings of rooms, in total 24 Rooms that can be linked to each other. Room A + Room B merged into Room A+ B, this with 24 rooms all together. everything booked over Outlook or mobile phone. We implemented advanced booking rules and priority bookings. we visualize the bookings and rooms in 5D maps, and we display the bookings in real time on room screens Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
