When will mobile app be available for administration?
Hi Marko,
great question, while the learner's view is completely mobile optimized we have not yet had this request from an admin perspective. If you would like this we would be more than happy to add to our roadmap for early 2020. Please reach out to your CSM for specific dates!

Question on: Articulate Storyline 3
How is Storyline.. For VR based learning, and creating highly responsive courses?
Since most learners are on their devices and VR is picking up, how good is Storyline, and which other tools are good?

I'm not sure about VR, but they are designed to be 100% responsive to different devices. There are features where you can preview your course in different device modes to see how they work. I have not used this feature, as i design for desktop mode.

Question on: Adobe Captivate
Between Captivate and Storyline, which elearning tool is better?
Specifically looking at VR, Animation, Backward compatibility, Templates and ease of use, which one is recommended?

This s a matter of opinion, but the short answer is probably Storyline. Captivate is still the king of screen captures. Though you can capture screens and create demos/sims with Storyline, the editing power specifically for screen captures in Captivate is superior. However, building and programming e-learning content is a much better experience in Storyline. So unless your eLearning content is very screen capture-heavy on average, Storyline is what I'd suggest.

It is quite difficult to say which tool is generally better. In my perspective Adobe Captivate has advantages when comes to creating software simulations. The object style manager simplifies inserting text boxes with correct font and font size. Articulate Storyline is more powerful in creating interactions because you have more options.

I have to agree. I have used both extensively and will use Captivate now only for screen captures. Otherwise, Storyline is way easier to use, more robust for development and has a better support community.
