We found SCORM lessons couldn't get as "fancy" as some of what Intuto could do, so we have been happy to pass on SCORM files to Intuto to review, but then modify the lessons working with us to be compatible on their system. They're able to review the SCORM files and capture all you want, but can format them to be a little better in presentation.

My understanding is that, although you can set up people to access reporting by lesson (or make changes to that lesson), to actually receive email notifications as lessons are completed you would load a lesson or series of lessons into a "collection". Some of our areas only want access to the reporting vs. getting tons of emails on completions so will depend on how you want to set things up on how you go about it.
