Question on: iSpring Suite
Is there Ispring Suite version that runs on Mac OS?
I have a Mac OS and I wonder whether Ispring Suite is compatible with all OS.

Ispring Suite only runs on the Windows version of PowerPoint. I'm primarily a Mac user but kept an older Windows machine to run Ispring Suite.

How do I use this program to its maximum potential?

Chances are you are using this software as part of your overall customer solution. If that is the case, I would recommend investing time to create single sign on functionality. It will make switching applications appear seamless to your customers, and Litmos' open architecture makes it fairly easy to accomplish.

ILT - Instructor Led training is cool and can be setup from anywhere.
If you have the support software you can create just about anything you can imagine; i.e. clip art, video clips, etc.
Creating teams and learning paths specific to the groups needs is pretty nice too.

How does it create simulations?
I have seen the simulation option but am not yet familiar with this tool.

The simulation tool allows you to create conversation where you will add all possible answers to one question. The person will choose the answer that reflects what he thinks and this will lead him to other questions and choice of answers. These simulations will confirm the good understanding of your candidates or they will correct points they misunderstood.
