Marketing Automation

I feel that the interface at the moment is very vague which can lead to conflicting interpretations of certain functions.

Why do contacts/customers in my Shopify store sometimes appear in Abandoned Checkouts more than once, sometimes even getting automated emails after checking out and purchasing a product (using the same email address), and how can I ensure Klayivo does not send these emails if they have purchased?

Sometime's if I copy a template and try to edit its name the editing part will just close out directly. I feel there's some UI issue.

Not so interested in managing SM - recognize I need to continue to build expertise

It will make life much easier to select a google font for some clients have certain ci that we must abide to - I use the @import feature but its a bit of a shlep.
