I like the fact that it does not make any changes to dns it just acts as a web proxy unlike the open dns umbrella agent that would set dns to 127.0.0.1 and cause issues with Office 365 apps. I also like that I can get on discord and chat with their support and other users of the product On top of the chat on discord their support responds in minutes and can help not only identify whjy the site block / unblock does not work but can tell you how to fix it.

The ease to setup roles and group policies was easy for scalability. The layout of information was mostly intuitive as well.

I like the personal service you get when administering the product.... very helpful staff and easy-to-use components on their website. Everything is clearly laid out on a single pane so you can work with the product as a whole OR dig into one of your clients.
