"One of the better agent based content filters"

What do you like best about Zorus?

I like the fact that it does not make any changes to dns it just acts as a web proxy unlike the open dns umbrella agent that would set dns to 127.0.0.1 and cause issues with Office 365 apps. I also like that I can get on discord and chat with their support and other users of the product On top of the chat on discord their support responds in minutes and can help not only identify whjy the site block / unblock does not work but can tell you how to fix it. What do you dislike about Zorus?

I wish their reporting was cleaner. When I pull a usage report I have to filter out background traffic from web browsing traffic to make the report meaningful for my clients. I do not frequently use the mangment console but i wish it was easyier to navigate for block / unblock of sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zorus?

I like the personal service you get when administering the product.... very helpful staff and easy-to-use components on their website. Everything is clearly laid out on a single pane so you can work with the product as a whole OR dig into one of your clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zorus?

Not in love with the product minimums but if you own an MSP then you will easily hit your minimum buy-in mark. The endpoint price is affordable and flexible depending on which services you want to utilize - no need to remove an agent and add another - just change it in the console and the changes come down from above. Recommendations to others considering Zorus:

It's a nice package - easy install with pretty much instant support for issues- was never a hassle which I appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zorus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Itgave me a way to monitor web and desktop use across all company computers - even if they're working remotely or at home. This isn't a hardware firewall filtering service - it's a desktop application that reports usage back to the boss. Very user-friendly interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zorus was easy to rollout but not easy to uninstall."

What do you like best about Zorus?

The ease to setup roles and group policies was easy for scalability. The layout of information was mostly intuitive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zorus?

Zorus is an awesome product that secures our clients without any performance sacrifices. It allows me to rest easy knowing that protection layer is in place. Comparing Zorus to other DNS filtering or proxy based filtering services makes it a no brainer. Other proxy services we have seen slow down internet performance on the device and are a pain to manage. Zorus adds security plus performance, as well as very easy moderation.
