ZAP Data Hub has been a great fit for us, allowing our reporting & analytics to keep pace as the business grew rapidly from a small to a medium sized enterprise. Through this transition, we have used ZAP to move beyond legacy Excel sheets and connect our disparate systems into one platform. The best thing about the platform has been the ease of use. We did not need a team of data engineers to implement and maintain it. Instead, a small team of data analysts from across the business were able to quickly learn how to use the data modelling functionality. This meant we were able to ingest data, transform it and build a custom semantic model available for enterprise-wide reporting in about 12 weeks. Since then, we have been able to further build it out and meet more advanced reporting needs. We now have about 50-60 weekly users using a wide range of reports across Sales, Production and Finance. When we did get stuck, the ZAP support and consultancy teams have always been super helpful and quick to respond. Special shoutout to Marcia!
