I am a frequent user of Wovex and it has become vital in carrying out my day-to-day activities, I'm particularly happy with how robust the system is and its flexibility to the ever changing requirement of the Benefits Management team due to the nature of the programme. The system is very user friendly and allows for collaborative work across the business. The regular updates to functionality is usually timely. Wovex's expertise on Benefits management always shines through and helped immensely in building long lasting relationship which ultimately helped in developing core benefits management functions at HS2 Limited. Wovex has contributed positively to our ability to manage, monitor and document benefits realisation effectively in order to ensure we meet strategic goals and objectives via supporting the organisations in developing, establishing, and maintaining robust benefits realisation capabilities to drive value delivery through structured, data-driven approaches. I can attest to an outstanding user experience. In particular, Wovex interface is user-friendly, requiring minimal training to get started. The layout is also quite intuitive, and their customer support is very responsive. Furthermore, all updates are deployed with minimal downtime and usually followed by release notes/email to advise on changes implemented and training is readily available if/when required. Some of the key upsides to using Wovex has been in the areas of 1. Benefits and Initiative profile - It allowed us to clearly define & document both benefits and initiatives through intuitive profiling features which supports links between initiative and benefits profiles ensuring that we are able to map delivery pathways and dependencies with clarity and precision. 2. Benefits data automation - Another core strength of the system is its ability to automate benefits data collection and integration. Through APIs and pre-built connectors, Wovex helps pull data from stand-alone excel data templates and other project management tools we depend on for adequate Benefits management and reporting. 3. Benefits reporting - I particularly like the fact that Wovex provides a suite of reporting capabilities that include standard reports, ad-hoc report, and data export functions. Reports generated are visually rich, enabling stakeholders to drill down into performance metrics and timelines with ease.
